We are also the foremost investors of ground floor units within new residential developments in and around London. This is an area of property that requires great understanding insuring our needs, along with the developer and occupants, are met – while also maintaining the developments overall ambiance.

All units within Use Classes A, B and D will be considered. Most acquisitions of this ilk have been “off plan”, and in many cases we have been asked to advise on the commercial element of developments at the embryonic stages.
