BROSAF HOLDINGS announced this morning their latest acquisition, a 3,000 sq ft ground floor creche from Barratts at their award winning Catford Green development. “Catford Green comprises just under 700 residential units, many of which are designed for family occupation so a creche bang in the middle would make sense all round and have a ready made immediate catchment area” commented Managing Director, Spencer Sheridan. The unit has been let to Creche Operator, Little Elms, for a 20 year term.
